Can I request pickup from my home?
Yes. Home pickup from one Maricopa address is available for $10 on eligible bookings and is included with the family fare. Hidden Valley is outside the current home-pickup area.
Can I reschedule my reservation?
Yes, as long as your scheduled departure has not passed. Call Ride347 to reschedule; a $5 rebooking fee applies.
Where will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket is sent as a PDF to the email address entered at checkout. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived within 30 minutes, then call Ride347 for help.
What if I need to cancel?
A full refund is available when canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, eligible trips can receive a future travel credit as long as the scheduled departure has not passed.
